Six hundred and twenty participants enrolled in the study between March 31, 2020 and April 10, 2020.

Three hundred and thirty-nine participants reported a prior COVID-19 test, 145 subjects (43%) had a positive test result (COVID+), 157 subjects (46%) reported a negative test result (COVID-), and 37 (11%) reported no result or uncertain result. Participants who reported a positive or negative test result (n=302) at the time of the survey were included
