Patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University and the Shenzhen Third People's Hospital

the median age was 52 years, and 58.4% were male. Inclusion criteria: 1. disease duration over 21 days without viral RNA clearance; 2. viral RNA clearance occurred within 21 days; 3. death occurred within 21 days. According to the criteria, 47 patients were excluded as they were less than 21 days since illness onset and without viral RNA clearance. And one patient was excluded, as she was transferred to the local hospital without viral RNA clearance
